QS1-260-T and QS1-370-T THz generators
These generators are based on high power, low frequency QS1-260 (OV-24) and QS1-370 (OV-30) BWOs combined with frequency multipliers. For example, QS1-370-T combines a BWO operating in 210-370 GHz range with a frequency tripler, extending operating frequency to 630-1100 GHz range. For those applications that don’t require high power in 400-1100 GHz range, QS1-260-T and QS1-370-T offer a very attractive alternative to more expensive and complex QS1-710, QS1-900, QS1-1000 and QS1-1100 BWOs.
